Andrea is a former educator, cooking show host, and influential figure in the restaurant industry. With a passion for sharing her knowledge and expertise, Andrea has made a significant impact through her roles as an educator, author, television personality, and public speaker.
Andrea has served as a faculty member, instructing aspiring professionals in restaurant management at Nassau Community College and NYIT Old Westbury.
Beyond the classroom, Andrea has taken the stage as a guest speaker at prestigious events such as the International Restaurant Trade Show at the Jacob Javits Center in NYC and the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago.
