Bobbie Lloyd is an industry leader with over four decades of experience in hospitality, driven by a dedication to craft and a desire to push the business forward.

Currently, as CEO and Chief Baking Officer, Lloyd oversees 500+ employees across the brand’s U.S. and international bakery locations. Since joining Magnolia Bakery in 2006, Lloyd has proved herself instrumental to the brand’s growth including: launching an international franchise division, launching an e-commerce and wholesale division as well as launching a successful CPG line in 2023, publishing a cookbook, and leading the bakery through an influx of change and growth during the pandemic.

Lloyd leads by exemplifying a growth mindset for both the bakery and its employees. She believes that the brand cannot grow if the people can’t grow and is dedicated in investing in the team as much as the company.
