Danielle Shapiro
Danielle Shapiro is the Regional Director of Sales at Elior North America, where she oversees Abigail Kirsch and Constellation Culinary Group properties in New York City and Connecticut. Raised in a family restaurant business, Danielle’s passion for hospitality was ingrained early on and has shaped a career spanning more than 20 years in catering and foodservice. Her experience includes leadership roles across hotels, restaurants, and higher education, with both domestic and international exposure. She has worked at iconic institutions such as The Four Seasons New York, Tavern on the Green, and most recently served as Director of Hospitality at Yale University prior to joining Elior North America.
Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in hospitality from New York University. She lives in Westport, Connecticut, with her husband, two sons, and their dog. Her favorite part of catering is simple – bringing people together over truly delicious food.
