
Gennaro Pecchia
Gennaro Pecchia began his career and acquired his food obsession in the mid-‐80’s as the assistant to Tim Zagat, President of Zagat Survey. He had the good fortune to work, dine and mingle with America’s culinary legends.
Gennaro had served on the Executive Board for the American Institute for Wine and Food and was a committee member to its’ Chef Sabbatical Program in New York State.
Gennaro was the on-air co-host on SiriusXM satellite radio for Roland's Food Court in New York City and Los Angeles for nearly a decade.
Gennaro is currently the co-founder for Chefs Who Care benefiting The Ashley Lauren Foundation. For the past three years, it has given Gennaro a unique opportunity to share his love of charity, sense of giving and social charm with the masses. He has gained a lot of experience building lifelong relationships through working with a multitude of chefs, restaurateurs, and likeminded culinary creatives, who produce and promote the culinary arts, both locally and nationwide, for the public at large.
