Mark Madden

Vice President , Butchers of America

Upon graduation from Vanderbilt University, Mark went on to serve as Culinary Manager and General Manager for Hillstone Restaurant Group for nearly ten years. After his time in the restaurant world, Mark opened his own butcher shop in Pennsylvania where he lives with his wife and three children.

Mark joined Butchers of America in 2023 and was appointed as the sausage maker for the 2025 World Butchers Challenge in Paris, France. Currently, Mark serves as the Vice President of the Board.
