Hospitality operator and beverage leader with a career built across luxury resorts, multi-unit operations, and experiential nightlife. Meredith helped develop and lead a multi-million dollar food and beverage platform at JW Marriott Miami, holding senior leadership roles across beverage, restaurants, and resort operations. He later served as Regional Director of Operations for Mac’s Hospitality Group, overseeing diverse concepts including a concert venue and speakeasy.
