Nicole Riggio comes with 18 years of hospitality experience. After graduating from Monmouth University with her Bachelors in Business and her MBA, she started her career with Cipriani in 2007. From there she moved her career into big brand hotel companies, specifically InterContinental Hotels Group and Highgate Hotels before coming back full circle with Cipriani in the pandemic. Throughout her career, Nicole has opened 12 hotels throughout the United States, dozens more restaurants and restructured F&B concepts throughout New York City. Nicole joined Major Food Group in 2022 as the VP of Human Resources where she currently oversees a talented team of 14 and a workforce of 2400 throughout 25 restaurants and private clubs globally.
