Paul Lead the team as Captain for the 2025 WBC in Paris, France. Founding member of Butchers of America Butchers of America Board Secretary 2018-2025 ​

A California State University Graduate, Paul has been working alongside Danny Johnson's guidance since 1998. ​

Paul has been teaching butchering classes since 2010 which include hand-on and lecturing classes.  ​

In 2013, Paul was part of the Taylor’s Market team that won the Flying Knives Competition at the Eat Real Festival in Oakland, California. ​

With long-acquired skills and real-life expertise, Paul’s motivation is fueled by passion, just like how he says it, “Butchering has been my life.”
