By the ripe old age of 28, Sean Finter was a multi-site restaurant owner in Australia, having worked his way through the industry, tending bar and managing restaurants around the world before learning the craft of bar/restaurant consulting in London from one of the best (and toughest!) in the industry. Sean launched his own consulting practice, Barmetrix, with the simple goal of helping 100 other business owners run more sustainable operations. Today, with offices in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia his team has worked with nearly 5,000 operations teams around the world.
