Yann de Rochefort is a French-born American restaurateur and the founder of Boqueria restaurants. Inspired by his childhood in France and Spain, Yann opened Suba, his first restaurant, in 2001 and founded Boqueria in 2006, which has become his most successful restaurant business to date. Yann brings a unique marketing and analytical approach from his prior experience at major consumer brands. He leads design and guest experiences at Boqueria and is actively involved in all aspects of the business.
