A 20+ year veteran of the restaurant industry, after starting his career at Deloitte, Yousuf followed his heart and jumped head-first into the restaurant industry, owning and operating both fast-casual and full-service restaurants. Yousuf is the founder of Primi Digital (primidigital.com) which provides full-service marketing solutions, from social media to branding and websites, for the restaurant industry.

He also operates Whetstone Hospitality Consulting, which helps restaurant companies set-up infrastructure for growth and scale. He was previously CEO of The Group NYC (Boucherie, Olio, Omakase Room), and prior to that has been a CFO at Hakkasan, Catch Group and Garces Group.
